Days 1–30 · Architecture and provisioning
Technical scope defined with the PI, selection of Hexa domains, GPU cluster provisioned, and network configured.

Days 31–60 · Integration and validation
Scientific frameworks installed and validated. Data pipelines implemented and tested with real institutional data.

Days 61–90 · Scientific handover
ARETE's R&D team integrated with the institution's team. PhD scientists lead the technical handover. Environment monitored by Nestor.
