Inventory conformance
The portal compares what is installed right now, read electronically from the equipment itself, against what was delivered and attested.
If it matches
If it matches: the equipment the agency financed is still exactly what was delivered. Patrimonial accountability becomes automatic and continuous, not a PDF in a drawer.
If it does not
If it does not: an alert. A part swapped or missing. Protection against refurbished substitution and against cannibalization.

Monitored liquid cooling
Leak detection visible on the panel, with flow, pressure and circuit state, and CARE warns before a leak becomes an incident. This is the single fear that stalls liquid-cooled density in Latin America.
Funding acknowledgement
Where there is a panel, the mandatory funding acknowledgement is displayed with elegance. The rule requires it; the panel resolves it.
